How do they work?
Gift certificates are treated like cash and are accepted as payment for any goods or services provided and change will be given for purchases under the GC value. GCs are stale-dated 6 months from the issue date but they are still valid! Just get replacement GC by bringing stale-dated ones to the KCBIA office for a replacement.
