Fakir Intensives is the longest running accredited body piercing school in the world and offers certificates in Basic, Comprehensive, and Advanced Body Piercing. Their piercers also hold up to date First Aid, CPR, WHO, Covid-19, and Bloodborn Pathogen training certificates. The Association of Professional Piercers (APP), an international health and safety organization, is dedicated to disseminating information about body piercing. APP also offers industry related seminars and workshops at their annual conferences in which the piercing staff attend.
