Alley Oasis Mural

This “Alley Oasis” mural, painted by Kelly Wright in 2013, depicts a scene of a sunset paired with a forested oasis. The greenery in the photo adds a vibrancy to the alleyway behind the Central Station Pub. This mural wraps around the corner of the building and leads to the wall underneath the pub’s patio. The owner of the Central Station Pub wanted this mural to relate to the theme of an oasis, which the artist conducted in an excellent manner. This mural lends a new perspective to the back alley art gallery that all residents of Kamloops can appreciate. The oasis behind the Central Station Pub brings a life of its own.
