We have too many beautiful stores in Downtown Kamloops to put them all down on paper. However, we thought we would list 10 Local Places – a few of our favourite stores to help you decide where to shop this year. With Covid around, it may not be easy to shop, so plan ahead to avoid unnecessary barriers.

1) McAllister & Howard Clothiers

First on our list is McAllister & Howard Clothiers. They have been around since 1914 and believe that casual clothing should be comfortable enough to ease into but still look great in the evening. A wardrobe doesn’t have to be an expansive collection of clothing that was collected over the decades. Instead, it should be clean, concise and practical. McAllister & Howard focus on service and quality while continually adding exciting accessories one enjoys discovering in a boutique men’s shop.

It’s a pandemic, and we get it if you don’t want to step outside. Shop online with a flat $12 shipping fee Canada-wide. They can also arrange FREE delivery in Kamloops, as well as pickup at their downtown location.

Business Hours: Open Monday to Saturday 10 am to 5 pm

Covid Protocols: As per Dr. Bonney Henry’s retail protocols, we now require everyone to wear a mask and kindly sanitize their hands upon entering all stores in Downtown Kamloops.
